Our mission and the values behind each job
Values only matter if you can see them on a job site. Here is what ours look like when your basement is full of water or your office smells of smoke.
24-hour emergency hotline248-845-0000A person answers, day or nightOur mission
Our mission is to stop property damage quickly, restore buildings properly and keep owners informed from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Our full name is Responsible Mitigation Organization, and we take the first word literally. Being responsible means working to the standard when nobody is watching, saying so when we get something wrong, and fixing it.
Six values and what they look like on a job
Answer the phone
A person picks up at 248-845-0000 at any hour, including nights, weekends and holidays. You reach someone who can send a crew, not a voicemail box.
Show up when we say
In Metro Detroit, an emergency crew is on site in about 60 minutes. If anything changes that, we call you before the time passes, not after.
Document everything
Photos before anything is removed, moisture readings at marked points, daily drying logs and an itemized scope. If your adjuster asks why something was done, the answer is already on file.
Protect the property and the people in it
Containment around dusty or contaminated work, protected floors and walkways, and hazards marked off. Families, staff and pets stay clear of sewage, mold and demolition areas.
Leave the site clean
Debris is bagged and removed as the work goes. Cords are routed out of walkways, and the work area is cleaned up at the end of each day.
Tell the truth about scope and cost
We explain what has to come out and why, and what can be dried and saved. If the scope changes, you hear about it and approve it before the work happens, not when the invoice arrives.
The same standard for every property
A homeowner with a few inches of water in the basement and a facility manager with a flooded floor of offices get the same values from us. The scale changes: more crews, more equipment, more coordination with tenants and adjusters. The way we answer, document and communicate does not.

How to tell if we are living up to them
Hold us to these. If one slips on your job, call the office and tell us.
- A person answered when you called, day or night.
- You knew when the crew would arrive, and it arrived when we said.
- You know who leads the crew on your job.
- Someone explained the plan before any material was removed.
- You received photos and readings, or know how to get them.
- Every change to the scope was explained and approved before the work.
- The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day.
- Your questions got straight answers, including the ones about cost.
