24/7 emergency response for commercial properties in Metro Detroit

A burst pipe over an office floor, a sprinkler discharge in a warehouse or a kitchen fire in a restaurant all need the same two things: a person who answers now and a crew that stops the damage. Call 248-845-0000 at any hour, and an IICRC-certified team arrives in about 60 minutes.

What happens after you call

Commercial losses rarely wait for business hours. A sprinkler head breaks over a server room on a Sunday, or a pipe freezes and splits in a vacant suite. The person who answers asks what matters first: whether everyone is safe, where the water, smoke or sewage is coming from and what operations sit in its path. Those answers set the crew size and the equipment it brings.

On site, the crew lead walks the building with your facility contact, helps stop or isolate the source where it is safe, and sets priorities with you. Occupied tenant spaces, server rooms, production lines and exit routes come first. Standing water is extracted, moisture meters and thermal imaging show where it spread, and containment keeps soot, dust or contaminated water out of the parts of the building that still work.

Documentation starts in the first hour, with photos, readings and notes your adjuster can rely on later. When the emergency is under control, the same company continues with drying, cleaning and reconstruction, so the job doesn't change hands halfway through.

What our commercial emergency response covers

  • Triage by phone

We ask about safety, the source, the size of the area and what is at risk, then send the right crew and equipment.

  • Source control

We help shut off water or isolate a broken line, and tell you when your plumber, electrician or fire protection contractor is needed.

  • Board-up and tarping

Broken windows, doors and roof openings are secured against weather and unauthorized entry.

  • Water removal

Commercial extractors and submersible pumps remove standing water from carpet, hard floors and lower levels.

  • Containment and air filtration

Plastic barriers, zipper doors and HEPA air scrubbers keep soot, dust and odor away from unaffected areas.

  • Moisture mapping

Moisture meters and thermal imaging show how far water traveled behind walls, under flooring and into ceilings.

  • Loss documentation

Photos, readings and notes begin before cleanup does, giving your adjuster a clear record of conditions on arrival.

  1. Call us, day or night

A person answers 248-845-0000 at any hour and asks a few quick questions, so the right crew and equipment roll.

  2. On site in about 60 minutes

Across Metro Detroit, an IICRC-certified crew arrives, finds the source and makes the property safe.

  3. Mitigate and document

We stop the damage, extract and dry, and record photos and moisture readings your insurer can use.

  4. Restore and rebuild

Once everything is dry and clean, the same team handles the repairs, from drywall and flooring to finishes.

Why facility teams call RMO first

  • Answered and dispatched at any hour

There is no waiting for Monday morning. A person takes the call at 3 a.m. the same way as at noon, and a crew is dispatched right away.

  • Decisions built around your operations

We ask what has to stay open, then sequence extraction, containment and drying so the rest of the building keeps running where it is safe.

  • One contractor from first call to final repair

The crew that stabilizes the loss moves straight into drying and rebuild, so no one has to learn the job twice.

Questions people ask us

Don’t see yours? A person answers 248-845-0000 around the clock.

How quickly can a crew reach our building?

In about 60 minutes across Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties, depending on traffic and weather. The person who takes your call will give you an expected arrival time. On large losses, more crew and equipment follow the first team.

What should our staff do before the crew arrives?

Move people away from the affected area and out of any standing water near outlets or equipment. Shut off the water if it is safe to do so, and cut power to wet areas only if the panel is dry and safe to reach. After a fire, stay out until the fire department clears the building.

Do you respond at night, on weekends and on holidays?

Yes. Calls are answered and crews dispatched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. After the emergency phase, disruptive work such as demolition can be scheduled for nights or weekends so tenants and staff keep using the rest of the building.

Will you work with our insurance company?

Yes. We work directly with carriers and adjusters and give them photos, moisture readings, drying logs and an itemized scope. Coverage is your insurer's decision, so we can't promise a claim will be approved, but we make sure the documentation is complete.
