How RMO is led and organized
RMO is led by its owners, who stay involved in daily operations. Field crews, project coordination and an office and insurance support team carry each job from the first call to the final repair.

RMO's leadership team is Vadym Makovey, George Makovey and Jackson Siersma. They are involved in operations day to day, not only in the business side, which keeps decisions about scheduling, staffing and difficult jobs close to the people doing the work.
That matters most on large or complicated losses. When a job needs more equipment, another crew or a frank conversation about scope, the people who can decide are easy to reach.
Decisions are made at the right level. Crew leads make the on-site calls that can't wait, such as where to extract first, what to protect and when to stop work for a hazard. Changes to scope, schedule or cost go through project coordination, or to leadership when they are significant. Either way, they reach you before the work changes.
The people accountable for every job
Three founders who stay close to the work, so the people who can make a decision are easy to reach.

How the company is organized
Four groups share each job. Each has a clear role, so you know who is handling what.
Leadership
Sets the standards crews work to, decides on staffing and equipment for large losses, and steps in when a customer needs a decision from the top.
Field crews
IICRC-certified technicians who extract water, dry structures, clean fire and smoke residue, remove damaged materials and carry out repairs. Each crew has a lead who is your contact on site.
Project coordination
Keeps the job on schedule: crew visits, equipment checks, material orders and the move from drying to rebuild. Your progress updates come from here.
Office and insurance support
Keeps job records in order and prepares what adjusters ask for: photos, moisture readings, drying logs and the itemized scope.

Reaching leadership
Facility managers setting up service for several properties, insurance professionals and customers with an open concern can ask for a member of the leadership team at 248-845-0000. Facility teams can also talk with us before there is a loss: who to call, which buildings and contacts are involved, your site rules and the paperwork your team needs from a vendor.
You can also write to us or visit the office at 18000 W 9 Mile Rd, Suite 520, Southfield, MI 48075. Call ahead so the right person is there to meet you.
