Two office buildings on Nine Mile flooded, two hours apart

Two major floods hit two Southfield office buildings on Nine Mile Road, the Epicenter at 18000 W. Nine Mile and Nine Mile Crossing at 17515 W. Nine Mile, the second about two hours after the first. In one of them, water had run through seven floors.

We had a team of 15 people at the buildings within 20 minutes and worked both at once: water out, wet materials assessed floor by floor, and drying set up before the damage could spread. Both buildings were saved, and the owners were spared what could have run to millions of dollars in damage.

We also handle mitigation for Southfield homeowners and landlords: a flooded basement after a storm, a burst supply line, a water heater that let go. Our main office is here, so we know the streets, the buildings and how fast we can get to them.
