Water damage restoration and cleanup in Mount Clemens, Michigan

Mount Clemens is the county seat and one of Macomb County's oldest cities: about a third of its homes were built before 1940, and parts of it still run on combined sewers. We keep a residential response team and commercial teams for the city.

Old houses, county buildings and downtown

We have a strong residential response team for Mount Clemens and its neighbors, and commercial teams for the offices, shops, courts and county buildings downtown. Commercial buildings can keep us on standby, so the call goes straight to a crew.

Old houses take water differently: plaster walls, original floors, stone and block foundations, basements that were never meant to be finished. We dry them with the materials in mind, save what can be saved, and document it for your insurer.

  • Combined sewers in some neighborhoods

Mount Clemens has run its own water and sewer system since 1888, and several residential areas still have combined sewers. After sewage backed into basements on Lafayette Street in June 2025, the city began studying the cost of separating them.
