Water damage restoration and cleanup in Canton Township, Michigan

Canton Township grew fast: half of its homes were built after 1990. We look after a lot of properties here, where water damage comes as often from a failed supply line or a sump pump as from a storm.

Many properties, newer homes

We look after a lot of properties in Canton, as we do in Westland, Redford, Taylor and Lincoln Park. Canton's housing is newer than most of Wayne County's, so the calls are often about a finished basement, a failed supply line or water heater, or a sump pump that couldn't keep up.
